(Yet) Another Really Happy Customer

Steve,

Within a week, we will complete our sojourn in the Southwest and head back to Michigan.

I wanted to report that my computer that you fixed has worked perfectly the whole time (almost two months).  I am really enjoying the use of Windows 7.

I have also done a number of backups of my entire hard drive as you recommended.  I really appreciate the time and effort that you took to get it “fixed right.”

I have connected to probably 20 different wireless networks since I left Santa Fe and it has worked correctly each time.
